Skills Required:-
1. Coordinate with different team for their releases. Understand the dependencies - tech/ Biz and plan accordingly
2. Create details Release plan
3. Manage / Coordinate with different team to make sure Non prod systems are in Sycn.
There is web of 10 + applications which are in development / deployment phases with 3 environments each.
RM need to make sure right environment has right code and right data available for testing and dev
