Role: Netezza Lead Developer
Location: SFO, CA
Duration: 6+ Months
Start Date: Immediate
Skills Required:-
• Experience in Netezza optimizer, Netezza tools and utilities and can perform SQL tuning specific to Netezza
• Understanding and hands-on experience maintaining Netezza physical objects
• Proficient in Netezza administration and NZ tools like nzbackup, nzrestore, groom, statistics, performance optimization
• Exposure to massively parallel processing (MPP) architectures
• Experience in database migrations and upgrades
• Conduct data quality initiative to rid system of old, unused, or duplicate data.
• Participate in the development of standards and best practices affecting Information Management (e.g., naming standards, data definition guidelines, model management procedures, etc.)
