Position 1: BA with Insurance background
Location - Hartford, Windsor - Connecticut
Duration: 6+ months

A typical BA skill set - analytical, client facing etc.. - do not need any high end IT skills. Just general knowledge of IT processes such as SDLC etc.
Position 2: BA with Commercial pharma/Commercial Life Sciences experience
Location- Fort Worth, TX
Duration: 6+ months
Start Date: Immediate
Skills: Senior BA profile. Commercial life sciences experience mandatory.
1.Commercial Life Science business experience (Could be pharma, medical device or consumer care)
2.Excellent communication skills
3.Experience in presenting to senior management .
5.Willingness to document customer needs in specific formats
6.Willingness to check the quality of output
Position 3: BA Reporting (Financial services or insurance knowledge) - Informatica ETL and DW concepts
Location: Schaumburg, IL
Duration: 6+ Months
Start Date: Immediate
Reporting requirements elicitation, RSA, Insurance industry is a must
Requirements elicitation
• Requirements documentation
• strong verbal and written communications skills (they will be eliciting requirements from executive level to front line)
• strong at leading discussions
• ability to plan and lead elicitation sessions
• Self-driven and not Order takers are required as they have to lead sessions with end users, C level execs to get all the requirements and create detailed requirements document and detailed Business Specification Document (BSD)
• ability to serve as a liaison between business and IT
• Financial services or insurance knowledge
• Strong understanding of system development life cycle
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Working knowledge of Rational Software Architect (RSA) tool for Requirement creation (Zurich uses RSA tool and someone not having this would have to learn first to use that may mean time spent on learning the tool). Someone with a similar tool may also work out based on the fit and how the person comes across in the interview.
• Insurance domain experience preferably
Analytics BA:
• Data warehouse requirements experience (including data mapping and transformation)
• Knowledge of Informatica ETL and DW concepts
Must experience of
• Report / Dashboard requirements experience (someone that understands how visual requirements differ from tabular report requirements)
