The product that we are looking for experience in is Sword Ciboodle. It is now Kana, but it was recently purchased by Kana. So, if you are doing searches for candidates, you may find some with Sword Ciboodle experience instead of Kana.
New requirement for a CRM Developer in Harrisburg, PA.
Rate: $58.00/hr;
Duration: 6+ months.
Interview: Phone, Skype. Excellent communication skills.
The core product was just recently purchased by Kana. The original product
was Sword Ciboodle. That is the product that we will be implementing. So,
finding Kana resources does not hold as much weight as Sword Ciboodle
resources.
Also, we have training in the budget. You may want to focus some of the
other skills below like : object oriented design, Agile methodology
experience, working within COTS products, integration experience with core
systems via SOA, other CRM product experience.

JOB PURPOSE & SUMMARY
This position will be part of a team to support the initial implementation
of an enterprise CRM position. PHEAA will be working with Kana
professional services on a 3 year project to implement the Kana product.
The team will be using a modified Agile SDLC.
This position will be responsible for the customization and development
effort within the Kana product. The CRM Developer will work directly with
the other disciplines on the Agile team and be responsible for development,
testing and documentation within the Kana product. The CRM developer will
also be responsible to build integration from Kana to PHEAA’s SOA and other
technologies.
Skillset:
· 4+ years of relevant experience developing custom software solutions
· Bachelor degree, preferably in a computing related discipline
· Experience with several of the following:
o CRM applications custom development (KANA, RightNow, SF)
o J2EE – Servlets, JSP, JDBC, JSF, Web Services
o Languages – Java, HTML, Javascript, VBScript, XML, XSL/XSLT,
Ant, CSS
o Write Stylesheets to transform XML into HTML and/or XML
o Frameworks - Struts v1.1 and higher, Hibernate, Velocity,
log4j, AJAX, Maven, Spring
o Design Patterns – Singleton, DAO, Façade, Factory Lookup, etc.
o Batch Scripting – Csh, Bsh, Dos Batch scripting
o Database –DB2 is preferred, but experience with any relational
database
o Ruby on Rails, C/C++, C#, VB, .NET, VB, Perl, PHP, Microsoft
developer studio and tools
o Web Servers IBM WebSphere is preferred, but experience with any
web servers
o Experience with Agile development methodologies
o Test execution including unit and systems integration testing
o UI design principles (reuse, structure, feedback, visibility,
etc.)
