Primary Skills: Java/J2ee/Unix/Sybase..
Should be skilled in :-
·Strong candidate with at least 8 years of industry experience preferably supporting the back office applications
·Prior experience in Agile will add value to the role
·Prior experience working on regulatory projects is highly desirable
·Prior experience in software upgrades and impact analysis
·Gather requirements from business users and maintain product backlog
·Communicate priority of work for offshore team
·Technically capable to troubleshoot any application issues escalated by Production Services to L3 team
·Review code and work performed by offshore team
·Perform any onshore only testing against unmasked client data
·Serve as primary stakeholders contact including Business Users and Production Services for releases and issues
·Assist with the facilitation of User Acceptance Testing
·Understand the QA requirements and the various types of testing
·Able to perform regression, facilitate user acceptance test
·Experienced - Tools: QC, SRLWeb, Test Director, Load Runner, Rally
·Maintain project status up to date in Rally, SharePoint, Confluence or similar tools
