Should be skilled in :-

 

Ø  Experience needed in the following - Lead Developer/Tech. Lead
JAVA, Spring, XML/XSD, Web Services, JMS, SQL, MQ, TIBCO, Problem Solving, Able to debug, Able to co-ordinate with Client Testing teams and other development teams

 

Ø  Able to work with onsite and offshore teams; Able develop/code;
Build on the requirements, interface with client teams
