Job Description:

The Lead Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Business Analyst will support the Wealth Management business by working directly with the Business Architect.  In this role you will partner with the Business architect on defining/supporting the five year roadmap of the WM CRM implementation. This role will be responsible for defining the business requirements so that the roadmap can become reality. It is critical to obtain a clear understanding of the business so that we can explain the vision and help move that vision to fruition by making strategic recommendations and delivering solid solutions.

The ability to partner with multiple parties such as our Line of business experts, our internal IT development and support groups, and our third party solution provides is critical to the success of this role.

 

This role requires strong formal senior business analysis, interpersonal, relationship building and leadership skills.  Prior experience supporting Trust and Investments projects is highly desired.  The position will require the candidate to manage multiple aspects of the platform concurrently, interface with internal and external resources to ensure successful project delivery, and meeting client needs through all project phases.  The candidate will be required to coordinate and manage project activities of external consultants and internal subject matter experts within various project tasks.  The role will also require the candidate to act as a consultant and partner with senior leadership to develop project strategy and direction to meet long term business goals. 

Basic Qualifications

·         Experience supporting Wealth Management Trust and Investments technology projects is required

·         Superior interpersonal relationship building, verbal and written communication skills

·         Ability to re-design business processes

·         Translate and deliver actionable, high-impact plans that improve CRM, relationship management, leads, referrals, business workflow,.. Delivery in support of business initiatives and roadmaps to achieve results

·         Define, design, and oversee implementation of standards and best practices involved in business modeling, describing data entities and relationships, as well as general CRM concepts.

·         Assist in define compliance rules and governance for a CRM platform

·         Drive approaches to ensure successful implementation of CRM solutions:

·         Requirements gathering techniques for data-centric, CRM, and business intelligence solutions

·         Testing strategies for CRM projects; Ability to develop test schedules, review testing plans, track test issues and report on test results

·         Program Management

·         Data quality management

·         Communicate effectively with business partners and stakeholders to assess support needs, assist in the identification of business needs

·         Supporting business development and ensuring high-levels of client satisfaction of deliverables during engagements. Contributing thought-capital through the creation of executive presentations, requirements documents, work flows, project plans, and repeatable processes.

·         Demonstrated ability to break down and analyze multi-dimensional business and technical issues.  Experience in integrating information from a variety of resources, formats and systems.

·         Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·         Possesses strong interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation communication, and negotiation skills.

·         Strong leadership skills, data analysis or application development projects, and translating broad requirements into specific objectives, requirements and action plans. Demonstrated ability to drive execution, integrating efforts across business functions.

·         Ability to conduct an analysis of business needs, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas, conferring with business line leaders, documenting and making verbal and written presentations

·         Strong understanding of project life cycle testing methodologies

·         Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

·         10+ years of increasing responsibility as a Sr. Data/Business Analyst or related experience with particular focus on Wealth Management functions.

·         Five plus years of project/program management experience is preferred

·         CRM Experience – SalesForce.com in a Wealth Management environment preferred

Preferred Skills/Experience:

·         Education:  Master’s Degree in business or related information technology competency (preferred).

·         Previous experience implementing SFDC or other CRM suite; ability to apply experience and best practices with SFDC or other CRM suite into optimal business solutions.

·         Advanced technical skills including SQL, PL/SQL, Microsoft Office, Visio & Project.

·         Experience as a testing coordination lead is desired

·         Five plus years of data mapping experience

·         Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
Prior experience with project management and workflow software tools

·         Excellent planning and organizational skills

·         Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
