Job Description: Oracle PeopleSoft Admin (7-10yrs)

Skill Requirement:
The Associate need to have following skills:
• Experience in working as PeopleSoft Admin in PeopleSoft 9.2 implementation with tools version 8.5.3
• Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft System Administration Tools like Process Scheduler, Data Mover, Application Designer etc.
• Understanding of PeopleSoft configuration management, security administration.
• Hands on experience in Managing PeopleSoft 9.2 instances and understanding of PIA
• Hands on experience in Building PeopleSoft 9.2 environments
• Hands on experience in Patching, Cloning, Backup, restorationand PeopleSoft system administrator activities
• Experience in setting up DR and testing DR
• Experience in architecting PeopleSoft environments
• Experience of working in PeopleSoft upgrade projects
• Experience in performance tuning of PeopleSoft 9.2 instances
• Experience in supporting various project activities like CRPs, SIT, UAT etc.
• The Candidate should have good communication skills and should be able to work closely with Customer SMEs.
• It will be advantageous if the associate has experience with Weblogic
Responsibilities:
Responsibility of the candidate would include the following:
• Will be working as onsite coordinator for supporting PeopleSoft 9.2 environments
• Will be working in supporting multiple PeopleSoft 9.2 environments
• Will be working closely with Oracle in resolving critical issues and also formulating strategy for performance improvements
• Will be working closely with Customer to gather requirements for expanding/improving PeopleSoft environments
• Will be responsible for preparing DR Design documents
• Will be responsible for preparing PeopleSoft Admin related documentation
• Should be able to provide support to users for incidents/Issues
