Job Description: PeopleSoft HR Functional (7-10 yrs)
  Lincolnshire, IL
Skill Requirement:
The Associate need to have following skills:
•    Experience in implementation/Upgrade of PeopleSoft HR.
•    PeopleSoft Core HR, Base Benefits, Absence Management, ePerformance, NA Payroll
•    Experience of supporting PeopleSoft HR 9.2 and tools version 8.5.3
•    Associate need to have hands on knowledge in PeopleSoft Core HR, Base Benefits, Absence Management, ePerformance, NA Payroll.
•    Experience in working with Taleo  and Kronos
•    Experience in writing Functional design documents
•    Experience of writing Test scripts and training documentation
•    The Candidate should have good communication skills and should be able to work closely with Customer SMEs.
•    It will be advantageous if the associate is familiar with PeopleSoft Development Tools like Application Designer, Integration Broker, XML Publisher, SQR, PS Query, Component Interface
Responsibilities:
Responsibility of the candidate would include the following:
•    Will be working as onsite coordinator for supporting PeopleSoft HR
•    Will be working closely with Customer SMEs to gather requirements to be mapped in PeopleSoft HR
•    Will be responsible for preparing To-Be Design documents
•    Will be responsible for preparing Set-up document
•    Will be responsible for developing functional design document for any enhancements/Interfaces to be built around PeopleSoft HR 9.2
•    Should be able to conduct Conference Room Pilot
•    Should be able to prepare test scenarios/Test Scripts
•    Should be able to prepare training material and conduct training
•    Should be able to conduct UAT
•    Should be able to provide support to users for incidents/Issues
