· Technically very strong and hands-on in MDM
· Should be able to successfully complete Prototypes/Pilots using real Insurance client data
· Good knowledge of MDM environment set up (Installations/Configurations)
· Working knowledge of IDD
· LDAP/Active Directory configuration in MDM
· Experience of working with Insurance clients
· Excellent communication – Should be comfortable talking and explaining to business in their language
· Familiarity with Onsite – Offshore model of project execution
