| Need BizTalk Developer in Harrisburg, PA No H1B only US Citizen, GC Holder or EAD Might do Skype but prefer F2F( F2F expenses paid by client) The BizTalk Developer will develop solutions on the Visual Studio development platform. Development technologies specific to BizTalk will be utilized. Provide input into the design and architecture of the solutions as required. Mentor other development staff as necessary to ensure quality solutions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develop application according to established standards and best practices. • Proactively take measures for streamlined operations, maintain system integrity and uptime • Actively participate in development part of the SDLC and ensure best practices are followed in all stages • Be adaptive and strike a good balance between speed and efficiency • Develop a deep understanding of the system, write technical specifications, mentor development team, and adhere to coding standards • Contribute to code reviews and software recommendations as necessary • Participate in ERP integration with legacy systems • Particpate in, and help solution, EDI conversion to BizTalk platform DOCUMENTATION: • Creating documentation for new and existing applications or procedures (operations, user, and programmers). • Writing clear instructions to users regarding problem resolutions or installation of fixes and releases. Writing clear descriptions to aid other individuals or groups in problem resolution. ADDITIONAL DUTIES: • Keeps work area neat, clean and hazard free. • Must work in other areas, as needed for cross training and/or workload. • Other related duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES As a Senior member of the team you may be managing tasks assigned to other members within the team. • Ability to lead complex initiatives and project teams. • Ability to communicate topics and concepts to the web team and a diverse audience. • Ability to handle multiple overlapping projects and competing deadlines within the web team. • Strong time management, attention to detail and communications skills with the web team. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • 3+ years of experience in designing and developing software solutions using BizTalk, preferrably with BizTalk EDI Supply Chain background • 2+ years of hands on experience in .Net technologies, preferrably 4.0 versions, C#, WCF, Web Services, Visual Studio 2010/2012, TFS • Experience in database design, SQL Server 2008+ • Proficiency with unit and integration testing of code • Excellent written, verbal, team and presentation skills EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Four (4) year degree, advanced degree preferred. Technical experience in some or all of the following: BizTalk, SQL Server 2008+, Visual Studio 2010/2012, EDI – Supply Chain preferred, .NET Version 4, C#, WCF, MSMQ WORK SCHEDULE • Fulltime position (40 hours a week), Overtime, Weekends, Holidays, as required. LANGUAGE SKILLS • Ability to read, write, and speak English. • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. • Ability to write simple correspondence and/or complete employment forms. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS • Ability to add subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers. REASONING ABILITY • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram formats.
