Role: Business Analyst Location: NYC,NY Duration: 6 Months Skill: Mantas Job Description: AML Mantas This is a critical Business Analyst/SME role requiring experience in Oracle Mantas AML product suite and Business Analyst skills. This role entails lot of client interaction and managing user acceptance testing. Act as liaison between business and technology teams. Responsible for gathering, interpreting, and analyzing requirements, writing specifications and design documents, and helping to develop solutions for complex business needs. Minimum requirements: 5+ years of experience in Financial industry (preferably in Compliance-IT)4+ years of Business Analysis experience2+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Mantas AML platform Proactive, self-motivated and detail oriented Essential Skills: Work closely with business to determine requirements, perform gap analysis on existing systems, and prioritize issues Work closely with technology team to convey and interpret requirements, analyze and evaluate data needed to meet the requirements, and QA the resultant development work Solid problem solving, decision making and analytical skills Strong understanding of, or the ability to quickly gain such, of applicable laws, regulations, and guidance in the subject area as well as the desire to keep up with changes in a complex environment Extensive knowledge of Oracle Mantas (v5.8.1 or later) scenarios, threshold optimization, alert scoring, auto-close, watch list functionality, risk derivation, aggregation-derivation workflows. Experience in Oracle Mantas Product installation/upgrades on Unix/Linux. Overall understanding of the Oracle Mantas product architecture. Support all the data mining activities Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL/PLSQL (Oracle 10g/ 11g)Strong technology background, with a focus on Risk and Compliance Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills Preferred Skills: Understanding of AML concepts (KYC/CDD/OFAC/Sanctions Screening/SAR filing)Knowledge of Informatica, LDAP, Ctrl-M, Red Hat Linux and shell scripting Technical proficiency in at least one programming language Thanks for your time & Consideration..
