Position: Senior Java UI Developer
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 12+ months
 
Responsibilities
  • UI Design/Development:      Development 85%      Design 15%
  • Report Design/Development
  • Website UI component design/development within CMS framework
  • Interaction with non-technical teams, such as Marketing or Business Development
  • Participate in user experience research and usability studies
  • Wire framing
Required General Skills (5+ years)
  • Principles of UI navigation and work-flow
  • User experience norms and user behaviors
  • Platform agnostic design principles
  • UI component inheritance and interaction
  • Agile development
  • Required General Non-Technical Skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Creative and highly motivated
  • Ability to work productively as a team member
Required Specific Technical Skills (5+ years)
  • HTML5/ CSS3
  • Javascript
  • Java
  • JSP
  • AJAX
  • JQuery, JQuery UI
  • CMS
  • A/B/Multivariant testing
  • Responsive/variable sized UIs
  • Significant experience with several Web UI frameworks, such as Bootstrap, etc.
