Position: Technical Analyst
Location: Long Island, NY                   
Duration: 6+ months.
 Looking for a Technical Analyst experienced with implementation of IBM Digital Analytics (Core metrics) and IBM Product Recommendations (Intelligent Offer).
 
Responsibilities include:
·         Implement Core metrics and Intelligent Offers on new web site built on IBM Portal and IBM Commerce.
·         Perform JavaScript development to deliver analytics and KPI's.
·         Work with stakeholders to define KPI's and create custom reports and dashboards.
·         Provide technical guidance and direction in implementing analytics solutions and third party JavaScript tags.
·         Design and develop tagging structures, custom analytic tags and parameters, and reports to support business requirements, including conversions, recommendations, and personalization.
·         Pursue data quality, troubleshoot data validation, and bring issues to resolution.
 
Requirements:
·         Strong proficiency in site analytics using IBM Digital Analytics (Core metrics)
·         Strong proficiency in web development using JavaScript, HTML, CSS Experience with a tag management system and advanced web analytics tag implementation
·         Strong online web analytics skills Experience implementing Intelligent Offer
·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills
