In addition to expert-level development and design experience, we are looking for a problem solver/trouble shooter who can assess situations, ask appropriate questions, make recommendations, and provide feedback which leads to action/delivery. Client does NOT WANT a heads down order taker. Initial term: 2+ months with likely extension. This is a backfill situation and budgets for 2015 projects come out in January for additional funding.
