We are a US based consulting and staffing company. We are looking for an OPT Recruiter/ Bench Sales (USA staffing) for our Hyderabad office. Strong experience in hiring OPT/F1/CPT candidates from Job portals,
universities and network, prior database of OPT candidates. Self- motivated with high degree of energy to make / receive around 50 calls a day. Good experience in sourcing strategies like Dice, Monster, Internet sourcing,
LinkedIn, Facebook and tech fetch. Coordinating the entire recruitment process till the consultant is on-board at the client place. Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals. Should poses good knowledge on
various IT technologies in the market.
Bench Sales:
2 to 6 years proven Bench sales (US Staffing) and US technical Recruiting experience. Hand on experience on Sales and Recruiting, submitting the consultants, ,Experience working with US citizens, EAD and H1 candidates for
requirements. Ability to interact/ to build relationships with Vendors , Build network . Experience working with US citizens, GC candidates, H1B, EAD and OPT preferred. Good working knowledge of Job Portal searches on the likes
of Monster, Career Builder, Dice, etc. Knowledge of Corp-to-Corp, 1099, W2 preferred.
Work timings : USA Time Zone (EST) ( 6.00 PM -3.00AM IST )
