We are seeking PeopleSoft Financial Functional Consultants (Core Financials or Supply Chain Management modules) in version 9.1 or 9.2. Accepted candidates will have the skills to provide PeopleSoft implementation consulting services to clients, helping them gain the optimum benefit from their PeopleSoft software. This position requires 100% travel with projects executed on-site at NTT Data client locations nationwide with a typical week of four 10-hour days.
The PeopleSoft Financials Team Lead candidate must have PeopleSoft Financials implementation experience as well as project management skills. Experience managing an end-to-end full lifecycle PeopleSoft Financials implementation is a must as well as experience in multiple modules
General Duties/Tasks:
- Provides PeopleSoft Financials functional consulting services to clients
- Completes tasks in an efficient and timely manner reporting progress to the implementation Engagement Manager
- Seeks innovative ways to improve the process of delivering solutions to clients
- Experience in at least three of the following modules: General Ledger, Inventory, Project Costing, Asset Management, Accounts Payable, Expenses, Billing and Accounts Receivable
Required Skills:
- Solid understanding and work experience as a PeopleSoft functional lead
- Minimum of five years current, hands-on PeopleSoft experience
- PeopleSoft 9.1 or higher experience required with upgrade and implementation experience
Desired Skills:
- Communicates clearly and effectively with clients, Accounts Executives, and Management
- Consistently produces clear, concise status reports, deliverables and other project documentation
- Builds confidence and trust with customers
- Displays effective analytical skills
Leadership Skills:
- Effectively manages scope and customer expectations on individual assignments
- Follows through on all assignments and takes ownership of customer issues
- As the Financials Team Lead, effectively manages assignments to other Module Leads
