Note: On Agile the candidate should have thorough knowledge & experience, he should be able to lead the Agile team as scrum master
1. Write thorough and efficient BRD and FSD (Functional Specs.) documents
2. Quick learner of business, processes, systems and system dependencies
3. Good understanding of Asset Management business and Product Hierarchy
4. Good communication skills to communicate with individuals at all levels – IT developers, PMs, SMEs, business teams at VP, SVP and MD levels
