Job Title: Sr Business Systems Analyst – Business processes
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 6+ Months
 
Technical           
  • 5+ years of experience with PLM functional processes: BOM Management and Engineering
  • Change Management
  • Engineering business process management experience desired
  • 4+ years of experience in using as well as development with PLM systems (Teamcenter, Agile, MatrixOne).
  • Experience with web based applications would be a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience with Oracle manufacturing and related Oracle apps
  • 2+ years of experience with general software development, testing, support, upgrade and maintenance processes, concepts, principles, and techniques.
  • Knowledge of Software and Application Development Life Cycle
 
Soft Skills           
  • Ability to effectively convey ideas through oral and written communications,
  • Ability to work in a multi – cultural and multi – regional group or independently,
  • Good analytical skills and Detail oriented
  • Willing to explore new process areas and learn new technologies.
 
Responsibilities:             
  • Primarily a customer facing role for AMAT engineering processes and in-house PLM applications.
  • Talks to engineers and other stakeholders to identify key engineering needs and inputs.
  • Translates identified needs/inputs and documents requirements, use – cases. 
  • Interacts with super users to clarify business requirements, build user interface mock – ups and report layouts/designs and training content.
  • Works with process leads and other business transformation program leads to ensure common processes and templates across the company
  • Helps author training content and process documents to ensure processes are communicated to the rest of the company.
  • Acts as liaison between engineers & technical teams, participates in Requirement reviews and Design sessions to identify & document to – be processes and procedures
  • Identifies and documents test scenarios for testing teams (to develop into test cases).
