Functional and technical skill requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience with the TIBCO toolset such as Business Works, ActiveSpaces, Rules Engine, APIXchange etc.
  • Expertise with J2EE architecture knowledge and design patterns. Strong hands-on experience with enterprise java technologies.
  • Ability to solve complex problems in a fast paced environment with limited guidance.
  • Excellent communication skills to include verbal, written & presentation.
  • Motivation and time management skills.
  • Ability to interact with the client and take direction.
  • Previous onshore/offshore lead experience.
