Job Title: Tibco Technical Lead/ Architect
Location: Hoboken, NJ  
Duration: 6+ Months /Contract to hire / Fulltime.
 
 
Job Description:             
Will be responsible for developing and designing Tibco part of middleware integration architecture between our customer’s internal systems and third party systems. Will provide the direction to a team of leads and developers onsite and offshore. Will work closely with customer’s technical leadership team in design and overall technical direction.
 
Responsibilities:             
  • Coordinate with customer technical architects, technical leads and business analysts
  • Coordinate with customer stakeholders to review Client’s team deliverables
  • Create high-level and detail technical designs
  • Review technical design and code generated by the offshore team
  • Develop code for complex components or as required
  • Analyze and provide solutions for production bugs or issues
 
Required Skills:               
  • 8-10 years of application development and design experience
  • 5 years of experience in providing SOA and EAI based solutions to medium to large size organizations
  • 6-8 years of experience in TIBCO  Business Works, TIBCO Adapters , EMS
  • Exposure to J2EE technologies JMS, EJB, JSP, Servlets, Java Beans, JDBC
  • Onsite-offshore team management skill
  • Good communication and customer management skill
 
Nice to Have Skills         
  • Exposure to iProcess / Active Matrix BPM based  work flow applications
  • Exposure Hawk Monitoring and performance tuning
  • Experience in Learning Management systems
  • Prior experience or knowledge in LTI, SCORM, AICC
