Role: Facets Configuration Analyst
Location: Sacramento, CA
Duration: 6-9+ Months
Start Date: ASAP
• Working with the Client teams to identify the Requirement scope
• Analyzing existing system and configuration of Facets architecture with respect to Service Id’s and Conversion tables, this includes working on Facets tables like PDVC, SEPY, SESE etc and also should have clear understanding of Facets Benefit Configuration module (Plan, Product and it components).
• Issue prioritization and resolution facilitation
• Determines goals and priorities with Project Manager, Program Manager and/or Project sponsors.
• Creates all requirements planning documentation and follows all client Defined processes.
• Coordinates team activities to meet project milestones
• Provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new IT software projects and initiatives
• Make recommendations on custom applications
• Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes.
• Investigate and resolve application functionality related issues and provide first level support and troubleshooting
• Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements.
• Analyze data contained in the corporate database and identify data integrity issues with existing and proposed systems and implement solutions.
• Provides assistance and advice to business users in the effective use of applications and information technology.
