Job description:
Detailed-
| Provide knowledge of Oracle Application to Users . |
| Highlight limitation and constraints of the current release 11.5.10.2 to business users |
| Help Cbeyond to Adopt best practices |
| Evaluate business process enhancement requests and provide functional specs along with gap analysis. |
| Provide support and answer to the functional queries raised by the users through Service Now |
| Provide the detailed requirement to the technical team for the development of the component. |
| Design and architect the custom development in sync with the existing solution. |
| General application support and defect analysis. |
| Development of new Discoverer report or modification of the existing report. |
| Development of Oracle Reports based on the user requirement. |
| Modification of Purchasing, Invoice and iExpenses AME as per the user requirement |
| Clean up of the iExpenses Report from system based on the user ticket. |
| Application support for custom components related to AP, AR. FA, GL, PO, INV ,iProc ,iExpenses and Install Base. |
| Co-ordination with other vendor (Tricore) for production deployment . |
| Clean up of Interface Reports related to Mobile Inventory. |
| AR Billing Interface Issues |
| Web Adi upload issues related to AP and AR. |
| Blackline Interface file related issues |
| Data dump adhoc requests |
| Resolving Service Now tickets raised by the users. |
| Raising Oracle Service Requests for bugs and datafix. |
| Co-ordination with Tekstream for Webcenter |
| Ultipro HR Interface Issue Resolutions |
