Role: Netcool Administrator
Location: Richmond, VA
Duration: 6-12+ Months
Start Date: ASAP
• "5+ years of experience in Netcool project implementation and having experience in ITM and TBSM integration with Netcool.
• Expert knowledge in IBM Tivoli Netcool/Omnibus version 7.4 and higher
• Expert knowledge in IBM Tivoli Netcool/Impact version 6.1 and higher
• Experience with IBM Tivoli Netcool Configuration Manager
• Experience with IBM SmartCoud Analytics
• Solid scripting experience (Shell, Perl)
• Solid knowledge of SNMP and MIBs
• Experience with databases
• Experience and a good working knowledge of Linux operating system (Redhat)
• Familiarity with network/application operation and definition within the OSI model including IP, TCP, UDP and ICMP
• Knowledge of LDAP Unix Environment
