Role: Siebel Administrator
Location: Columbus, IN

Must Have Skills:
? 6-8 years of experience in Siebel CRM
? Experience in various Sales and Service modules of Siebel
? Experience of various Siebel integration technologies including both real-time and batch integrations
? Strong in verbal and written communication to interface with business/IT leads to determine support requirements, incident details etc
? Entensive knowledge and experience in other Siebel areas such as Workflows/Configuration
? Experience in Siebel CTI module
? Strong Analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot issues and determine resolution to provide a quick turnaround
Project Details:
Cummins Siebel Support for multiple Bus. 24*5 support in onsite-offshore model. Weekend support for critical and high tickets.
Job Roles / Responsibilities:
? Ability to lead the offshore team of 8-10 members and provide guidance on issue resolution
? Ability to interface with business/IT leads to determine support requirements, incident details etc
