Brief JD is as follows
· 3-6+ years of Experience in Cellular Technologies and different vendors such as E///, ALU, NSN, Huawei.
· Excellent knowledge of LTE /UMTS network architecture as well as ecosystem elements
· Knowledge & Understanding of Femto Technology
· Experienced in Interoperability Testing (IOT) with multiple vendors for Mobile network elements
· Experienced in System Acceptance Testing: Ensure functionality of all test cases, and troubleshoot and isolate any faults encountered
· Excellent knowledge in different vendor RF Parameters.
· Good Data Base expertise, SQL , MONGO.
· Hands on experience in OSS and SNMP protocol integration
· Cisco Certification a plus
Common responsibilities:
· Performs analysis and diagnosis of SON Products.
· Performs analysis of UMTS, LTE networks designs, customer deployments and RF Optimization.
· Analyze Cellular Networks Performance to identify Customer’s challenges and opportunities.
· New Product Introduction for Mobility - This includes working with R&D on Product functionality, supporting early field deployments, developing collateral and knowledge transfer to field personnel.
· Perform detailed study of New Product Introduction by defining technical content and practice roadmap
· Define practice deliverables, assignments and schedule working with the technical Project Management.
· Define, plan and execute enablement/training for the practice projects as well as New Product Introduction.
· Customer Support – represent the company’s technical capabilities and manage day-to-day technical needs of wireless customers. Support / enable customer specific solutions to grow business. Steer customer expectations according to product and network management capabilities.
· Perform ad hoc analysis and tasks on assigned issues.
