End client:: RBC bank
Investment bank in NYC is currently looking for a developer/analyst to fill an opening on the Tax team; will consider short-term contract or permanent hire.
Required Technical Skills:
• 5+ yrs experience with SQL Server, Oracle and Unix scripts
• 5+ yrs experience as Informatica developer
• Experience with Autosys
• Experience with .net applications and software installation/troubleshooting
• Experience in business analysis and user support functions
• Experience in preparing technical specifications
Required Qualities:
• Team player
• Good verbal and written communication skills; can liaise effectively with both non-technical users and technical counterparts
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Good problem-solving skills
• Quick learner, adaptable
• Willing to work off-hours if needed
Nice to have:
• Knowledge of the securities brokerage business, preferably in a Tax applications support role
• Experience with Informatica webservices
• Experience with Java development
