Skill: Taleo Implementation & Support experience
Location: Irvine, CA
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 1 years plus
Functional Consultants JD:
• Should have over all 5-8 years of Implementation and Support experience of any Oracle HRMS ERP Projects
• Should have min of 2-4 years of Taleo Implementation or Support experience.
• Should have completed at least 2 end to end Oracle Taleo Recruitment and Onboarding module implementations
• Taleo Learning module experience is optional/ nice to have.
• Should be able to configure Taleo System as per client requirements
• Should be expert in Requirement gathering, analysis, fit gap and review
• Expert in defining, designing and developing out bound and in bound interfaces/integration points
• Expert in data conversion, data mapping, data migration to Taleo
• Experience with dealing with re-engineering of HR processes.
• Experience in conducting architecture, design and solution workshops
• Expertise in Functional Testing, User Acceptance Tests, Test Plans, Test strategy, Test Scenarios
• Expert in Documentation – Requirement Gathering documents, Fit gap, BRDs/FRDs, Strategy
• Should be able to conduct trainings, preparation of training materials, user guides
• Should be able to provide operational support, Issue analysis and resolution
• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate conceptual ideas clearly and effectively;
• Experience on Taleo Connect Client is added advantage.
• Expert in Developing custom Reports is added advantage
