Position: QA Tech Lead
Location: Portland, OR                   
Duration: 3+ months
Must have 9+ years of experience
 
They need to lead a team of 10 + Testers.
1.       Should have excellent communication skills.
2.       Has this person led teams that perform both technical and functional testing?
3.       Has this person led testing teams for software development projects??
 
Requirement:
This individual will lead a team of resources that perform both functional and technical testing related to software development projects.
For the QA team lead we need someone who has experience leading teams for both functional and technical testing and has hands on experience with both.
Also, experience with automated testing tools and I have an email into the client asking specifically what tools.
 
Deliverables:
-Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members
-Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility
-Lead team of resources who perform functional and technical testing for software development projects
-Provide best practice QA processes
-Perform other duties as assigned.
