Position: SAP Business Analyst
Location: Downtown, NYC                   
Duration: 12+ months
 
Description:
 
Business Analyst will assist in the implementation of SAP billing solution in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of the project and clearly communicating requirements to all stakeholders and project members.  The role is required to drive the design and review of test cases, process change requests, and assist in managing the project’s scope, acceptance, installation and deployment.
 
*Candidates should have strong experience with Billing and Invoicing**
 
Key responsibilities include:
 
•             Gather and organize all business requirements including existing business process maps, workflows and use cases
•             Gap analysis of current and new system implementation and provide recommendations to streamline and standardize new business process
•             Manage business process and requirements and effectively communicate requirements to business, technical staff and managers
•             Analyze requirements and ensure system implementation meets business requirements
•             Design and document test scripts and lead and participate in testing phase
•             Compile training material and assist in system rollout including user training
•             Map and convert historical data into new system format from legacy system
