General Responsibilities:
· Gains a solid understanding of client objectives and goals
· Conceptually maps As-Is and To-Be states and represent same to key project stakeholders, both internal and client
· Will lead/facilitate workshop sessions and interact with people with different backgrounds, roles and levels within the organization
· Identifies solution users and documents their communications, knowledge transfer, support and training needs
· Develops and delivers demonstrations of standard eCommerce platforms to client audiences
· Reflects business requirements against standard technology platform capabilities to identify gaps in the end-to-end solution (customer/user content, product content, digital content, user experience, business processes and workflow, complementary/dependent systems, analytics, backend systems)
· Responsible for documentation related to the eCommerce project including use cases, the user journey, process flows, business requirements, functional specifications, test strategy and approach for user acceptance testing
· Interface with UI / UX design/development team to ensure requirements fulfillment
· Collaborate with architecture, design and development teams including global resources
· Partnering with functional consultants on backend (e.g. order management and fulfillment) and other related components of end-to-end solution
Experience:
· 5+ years of experience in business and functional consulting with at least 3 years on strategic eCommerce implementations (B2C and/or B2B) including multi-channel enablement (mobile, tablet, social)
· Six Sigma or other business process/mapping tool set (e.g. UML)
· Microsoft project or other PM systems
Skills:
· Strong knowledge of comprehensive eCommerce solutions; not technology
· Deep understanding of the conceptual architecture of eCommerce platforms (hybris, ATG, WCS)
· Knowledge of current trends in digital commerce
