* Implementation of Cassandra with BE
* Should have worked on at least 2 BE implementations in the past
* Ability to design BE application with keen sense of cache, backing store and rules
* Hands on expertise
* BE certification a plus - else will have to be certified in 3 months of joining
* Good communication skills
