Key things:
1) Candidates will get drilled technically. Make sure they are good and have heavy banking experience.
2) There are several levels available, Mid-level Dev to Senior Leadership.
3) Rates will vary greatly b/c of skill sets needed. Assume $400-500/DAY across the different levels (if someone is demanding more we can try to accommodate them).
4) Local to NYC is going to get looked at first. Nonlocals are secondary. People demanding to skype are a long shot.
