* It's important that they have worked with Angular/Backbone type of frameworks and it's good if they have worked on UI frameworks like Bootstrap.
* To build single page applications. They wouldn't be building complex Node.js type of apps
1 strong HTML5/CSS3 guy
1 Product manager/Business Analyst that is actually a JavaScript guy
6 Java Script experts with Angular/Backbone exp.
Node.js knoweldge exp. is a plus
* Looking for very strong front end Javascript developers. No compromise on that.
