Position: Project Manager
Location: San Antonio, TX                   
Duration: 6+ months
 
·         Min 8 yrs. Of extensive experience working as PM.
·         PMP certification needed. 
 
Project Description:
Support projects for Rapid Deployment and Provisioning.
 
The Department:
Big blended cross functional team of on/offshore members interacting across multiple departments.
1st shift, required approval for extra hours during critical deliverables
 
Responsibilities/Task that the resource will be responsible for:
Standard PM Tasks:
  • Deliverables, Scope of work, work with cross functional teams, Agile environment, interact with Scrum masters.
  • 100% Project Manage work.
 
MUST HAVE skills/technology (proficient to expert):
·         PMP Certified
·         Able to Manage Multiple Projects at one time
·         Agile Experience
·         Strong Risk Management Experience
·         Strong Experience creating and maintain project plans
·         Strong Change Management Experience
 
MUST HAVE soft skills:
1. Good Communication
2. Able to interact with different personality styles
3. Adaptable to changes in a very dynamic environment-able to switch gears quickly
4. Able to adapt to the client’s environment and culture
 
Preferred but NOT mandatory skills:
1. Physical Data Center Exp.
2. Hosting Business Exp.
3. Provisioning/Customer On-Boarding Exp.
4. Sales/Support/Marketing Exp.
5. Enterprise Software Solutions Exp.
6. Financials
