A passion for creating the best user experience possible
Experience in front end performance tuning (browser cache, static content/ image optimization etc.)
Deep understanding of the browser's DOM, and you understand the difference between the various browsers.
Experience using front end developer tools, add-ons effectively for debugging/troubleshooting and identifying performance bottle necks
Selenium , Testing knowledge and experience
Excellent understanding of development concepts and SDLC methodologies
