Title: DB2 Admin
Location: Windsor CT
Duration: 3 Months +
Strong L2 level DB2 UDB admin.
Strong knowledge of ITIL process and adherence to the same.
To handle in all DB2 UDB database performance issues.
Be responsible for the decommission of databases.
Work on database migration from stl to mpl servers.
Installation of DB2 software & fixpack upgradations.
Handle datbase creation
Be responsible for OIPA project for DB2
Handle ETL PULS cycle backup issue and admin server performance issues.
Be the owner of index creation in tables and increasing the buffer pool sizes
Take part in DR testing.
Previous experience in working wiht onsite/offshore model will be good
