Essential Job Functions:
In Depth experience configuring, managing and troubleshooting Cisco Unified Communications Manager, PBX telephone ,Cisco 7900 series VoIP telephones, Cisco VG224 analog phone gateways, Cisco SRST failover functionality and dial peers, and hands on support of all Cisco network devices such as PoE switches and routers.
