Job Description:
Verizon is immediately hiring for a Developer (Elasticsearch) located in Santa Clara, CA.
· The Developer will work on an amazing new and disruptive Internet TV (IPTV) system that delivers many exciting services for providers and consumers that bring greater levels of native interactivity, customized promotional services (seamless) and exceptional user interfaces.
· You will be part of a team working on state of the art technology in TV Media space as well as the cloud (SaaS).
· We are looking for a Developer (PhP or Python) to develop ELK Stack components (Elasticsearch) to build dashboards that aggregate application metrics for both proactive and reactive monitoring of a major IPTV player's IPTV Systems.
· Requires BSCS or equivalent 7+ years Development professional experience 3+ years Experience in PHP and/or Python
· 2+ years working with Elasticsearch's ELK Stack 2+ years working with REST APIrsquos
