Required Skills:
•Contribute to discussions with cross-functional teams to incorporate design feedback appropriately.
•Fluency in best practices for mobile and web-based design, as well as strong knowledge of information architecture.
•Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in small groups to defend your designs.
•Stay current with the latest design and technology trends across web, desktop, and mobile platforms, and adopt modern techniques as appropriate.
•3+ years of experience as an interactive designer, user interface designer, or a similar role.
•Proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Fireworks.
•Experience with After Effects and prototyping tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Be a self-starter who is a customer-obsessed, detail-oriented, and an enthusiastic team player.
•Familiarity with the technical considerations required when designing for multiple devices (i.e. HTML, CSS and JavaScript)
•Have at least two apps for recognizable brands in market (available for download in iTunes and/or Google Play).
Key Responsibilities
•Create elegant and useful interfaces that make an emotional connection with a broad consumer base.
•Distill complex interactions into clear, understandable design solutions and clearly rationalize your strategic thinking to the team.
•Create end-to-end design experiences, interaction models and design systems that define Client’s experience across platforms (web and mobile)..
•Communicate your ideas through sketches and mock-ups and storyboards, producing iterative designs for every surface.
•Create dev-ready assets for your designs with clear implementation instructions (i.e. redlines and style guides).
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams on design solutions for commerce driven projects.
•Work seamlessly with the team to develop and maintain the Audible aesthetics, standards and brand integrity
