SMP/E – IBM maintenance tool
Utilities – IEBCOPY, IEBGENER, IDCAMS
Tools – Fault Analyzer, File Manager, Omegamon, SDSF, RMF
Experience / Exposure to one or more areas of
z/OS,
CICS,
MQSeries
DB2
Ability to perform the following
Software and maintenance installation (using SMP/E or a utility)
Problem analysis
Performance tuning
Capacity planning.
