                                        Description of Skill Sets Required

 

Major Purpose of Job:

Augment Project Management Office (PMO) staff.

 

Assist with Project Management responsibilities for SAP Success Factors implementation project to include:  Learning Management, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Compensation, Recruitment & On Boarding/Off Boarding, and Workforce Analytics/Planning.

 

Essential Job Functions:

Perform business analyst functions in support of IT initiatives.

 

Will  perform various project analysis functions:

  • Explore and document business processes
  • Develop project documentation utilizing user workshops.
  • Identify and document business requirements
  • Develop and prepare evaluation of request for proposal(bid)

documents

Will provide direction and leadership to individuals assigned to activities related to all phases of project initiation and planningwhich may range from feasibility, process analysis, requirements, bid processing and award.

May assist through project implementation, documentation, deployment, user training, testing, and go-live.

May be neededto fulfill project management responsibilities.This will include the scheduling, assignment, review of project work, scope change management and schedule updating. Candidate will work under PMO direction.

 

Requirements:

Position  requirements will be specific to the individual assignment but, in general, will include:

 

·         Expertise with implementation of SAP SuccessFactors.

·         Expertise with integration of SAP SuccessFactors with on-premises SAP ERP-HCM system would be a plus.

 

·         Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

·         Self-motivated with the ability to set and meet deadlines.

·         Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

·         Proven facilitator of process, requirements and change management for complex projects.

·         Extensive experience in business process analysis.

·         Proven ability to gather and document customer requirements.

·         Experience in project management practices (PMI) and procedures including managing midsize to large projects.

·         An understanding of technical concepts, principles and terminology and to clearly state and summarize technical information.

·         Strong attention to detail.

·         Ability to use Microsoft Office products including Visio and Project.

·         Experience in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) 2.0 preferred.

·         Electric Utilityexperienceswould be a plus.
