The consultant must have the following minimum qualifications:
- Eight years experience as a system architect for a web based system
- Eight years experience as a Java J2SE/EE developer
- Eight years experience in Apache Wicket component framework development
- Eight years experience using both Hibernate and Spring
- Four years experience using both Oracle and DB2 database with Java
- One year of development experience with LexisNexis Accurint Instant Authenticate and Verify software
- A Master’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
