Role: Service Cloud Architect
Location: San Jose, California
Duration: 6 Months +
Start: Immediate
• Solid understanding of Service Cloud Product and related architecture
• Service Cloud Consultant Certification Required
• At least 3 full lifecycle Service Cloud Deployments for users base of over 1000 users
• Solid understanding of Customer Telephony Integration (CTI) using Salesforce.com
• Other CTI product knowledge like Genesys
• Hand on customization experience with Knowledge and Cases module
• Hands on development experience with APEX, Visualforce Pages, Tiggers etc
• Good understanding of Data migration using Data loader and other third party tools
