| Hi, Greetings for the Day.......!!! Position: Business Analyst Location: Torrance, CA Duration: 6+ months Need 8+ years of experience. Description of Services: This resource will be a key contributor to Business Analysis/Requirements Gathering process across one or more work streams for a large integrated system. This resource will participate in the analysis, design for workflow solutions, ecommerce solutions, and custom web applications using a variety of tools and technologies. This person will be exposed to the full life-cycle of development and play a hands-on role throughout the life-cycle of the project. This person will have significant interaction with key client personnel. Deliverables: • Define requirements for Consumer facing applications • Research & refine functional requirements, develop use cases, communicate directly with customers • Create and collaborate on detailed functional requirements, using Agile and other SDLC methodologies and tools • Work closely with Development team and testers to ensure product quality • Create materials (presentations, demos, business requirement documentation) as required. • Participate in customer meetings to get a better understanding of exiting systems/work streams • Takes ownership of the functional design, documentation and communication of features/capabilities throughout the Define and Design Phases. • Clearly understand, document and communicate system gaps for the assigned work steams. Acceptance Criteria: • 5+ years of general consulting skills including: analysis and problem solving, written and verbal communication, and team collaboration • 5+ years of experience in full life-cycle of software development or methodology such as RUP or Agile; requirements analysis, design, development, testing and implementation • Experience leading and managing teams of developers (onshore/offshore) • Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, training, change management, support • Experience with software design patterns and J2EE components (JMS, EJB, JSP, JSF) • Experience with Web 2.0 concepts and technologies (AJAX, Flex, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, etc.) • Design level experience and solutions incorporating Java, JPA/Hibernate, JMS, Web Services, Web Applications, HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript and jQuery • Experience with Basic understanding of ERDs • Must have strong communication skills • Must be self-driven and detail-oriented. • Previous experience in Financial Services is a plus.
