Netsuite Solutions Architect & Lead

Netsuite Solutions Architect will be responsible working closely with the business defining process engineering and automation solutions and taking the responsibility from inception to successful completion. This position will interface closely with the functional business teams, to understand the business goals/needs and work with NetSuite and other certified partners (when required) to design and deliver solutions that meet those needs. The main focus of this activity will include the NetSuite ERP/CRM platform with integrations to tools provided to internal and external customers.
This role would suit a self-motivated, results-oriented individual who is comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment and has experience in working effectively with and providing world-class service to internal and external customers. To succeed in this role, you will have a track record of success demonstrating the following skills: ERP/CRM implementation and support experience, Business Analysis (Process definition to delivery), vendor/partner management, detail-orientation, broad business knowledge, strong communication abilities, excellentproblem-solving techniques, a focus on service excellence and leadership abilities to effectively manage and influence business stakeholders working closely with Systems Integration Partners. This is a hands-on leadership role, and will require the ability to strongly partner with internal and external team members, companies and customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Work with business process owners to understand current processes and develop NetSuite and other platform solutions to automate the processes and build differentiating capabilities
• Partner with IT Technical Lead on solution analysis, cost benefit analysis, risk assessment and business impact analysis.
• Should signoff new implementations, changes.
• Support service management desk team to provide workarounds, solutions to meet the SLAs.
• Manage relationship with NetSuite Certified Partners to identify, define, design and deliver NetSuite based solutions to address rapidly changing business needs.
• Manage relationships with other Systems Integrators and vendors for multiple applications;
• Manage project timelines, identify risks and issues, escalate as needed and drive to resolution.
• Provide strategy and solution architecture for consolidating various instances across the globe.
• Provide hands on leadership for NetSuite and other needs:
• Work with business to develop Business Requirements Definition (BRD)
• Implement new saved searches, reports, and dashboards
• Work with Netsuite development team & partners to implement the solutions.
• Manage solution provider in development, test and deployment of enhancements, customizations, project initiatives and break fix needs
Education & Experience:
• BS Computer Science (or equivalent) degree
• 8-12 years of total experience in IT with 3-4 years hands on experience working with and customizing NetSuite
o Functional experience in one or more areas: Supply Chain, SFA/CRM, Finance, Inventory/Mfg, Marketing.
o Experience developing saved searches KPIs, reports and dashboards
• Should have experience of consolidating various instances of NetSuite Oneworld
• Proven ability to interface closely with Business Stakeholders, other IT Architects and Tech Leads as well as off-shore development and service providers
• Experience with core components and architecture of ERP, CRM systems, extranets and/or Partner Portals
• Good understanding of with Web Services, APIs, and other integration technologies
• Strong verbal and written communication / presentation and demonstration abilities, facilitation, negotiation and expectation management
• Experience in bringing high quality solutions to successful implementation through various gates, such as Internal IT testing, and formal UAT
