Role:
1.       Individual Contributor (not PM)
2.       Overall experience (9 years)
3.       Direct relevant tenure (core Java + Hadoop + MapReduce) experience : 3-4 years
 
Must have:
1.       Core Java background
2.       Exposure of Hadoop eco system
a.       Knowledge of MapReduce
           Ability to learn new technologies and scale up fast
 
Good to have:
1.       Programming logic/algorithms, SCALA and Scalding is big plus
2.       Retail domain experience
