The consultant will provide assistance under this contract to:
- Consult with OUF business analysts and users to determine requirements
- Document technical specifications
- Research and prototype solutions to meet business needs
- Provide final design, then code, test and deploy solution, following best practices and supported OSC Java standards
- Mentor OSC staff for all of the above, and provide knowledge transfer
The consultant must have the following minimum qualifications:
- Eight years’ experience as a system architect for a web based system
- Eight years’ experience as a Java J2SE/EE developer
- Four years’ experience in Apache Wicket component framework development (AMENDED)
- Four years’ experience using both Hibernate and Spring (AMENDED)
- Four years’ experience using both Oracle and DB2 database with Java
- One year of development experience with LexisNexis Accurint Instant Authenticate and Verify software
- A Master’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
