Job Description:
We are seeking outstanding hands-on Technical Lead with expertise in product development and product enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage product development, maintenance, and sustenance and support function adhering to SLA
· Ensure quality and completeness of deliverables from distributed teams
· Establish, maintain, and foster relationships amongst stakeholders.
Required Experience:
· Hands on experience in developing and maintaining enterprise class products using Java, JEE and service oriented architecture.
· Good understanding of agile development methodologies.
· Strong leadership skills. Proven expertise in building and driving teams including recruiting right folks, performance management, motivating team for longevity
· Excellent problem solving ability
· Dynamic and strong in analytical skills and possess open and flexible attitude
· Excellent Communication skills – clear, concise, timely, open & direct communication.
· Engineering graduate with 7+ years of relevant experience
