Job Description:
Technical Skills:
· 10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM/Payroll technical development consultant experience with higher education clients.
· PeopleSoft 9.x experience.
· Proficiency in Oracle 11g or higher is required.
· Proficient in PeopleSoft workflow technology including setup and configuration of workflow.
· Provide advice on best practice techniques for proactive management of workflow processes, including workflow error diagnosis, rectification, and purging.
· Establish PeopleSoft workflow procedures.
· Competence in Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, and Component Interface.
· Functional understanding of key processes in HR, Benefits Administration, ESS, MSS, ePerformance and North American Payroll modules is desirable.
· Experience with the following: Integration Broker, Application Security, Self Service configuration, AWE.
· Maintain, troubleshoot and fix errors in existing applications systems.
· Collaborate with the implementation team (Business Analysts, testers, developers and administrators).
· BS or MS in Computer Science preferred.
Soft Skills:
· Strong problem solving experience.
· Excellent verbal skills, including conducting/leading client meetings, conducting presentations and advising implementation team on technical issues.
· Assist in planning production roll-out and deployment related activities.
· Create and maintain documentation and standards.
· Create and maintain thorough and complete technical documentation of all ERP PeopleSoft workflows.
· Work with onsite and off-site teams to support PeopleSoft development/processing.
